Many have described the 2012 London Olympics, especially the opening ceremony, as a spectacle of both showmanship and design but while watching the swimming event i realized that this event was like no other in its history. one thing was clearly different, and that is the increase in the use of technology. I thought it would make an interesting discovery for my readers to thrill you with some of the technologies behind all those energy and record breaking, so i spent the better part of this week to dig into just how much technology was deployed in the competition and how they might effect our lives in years to come.
